FASHION victims can splash out a whopping £610 for a pair of furry slippers that seem to be straight from the feet of Catherine Tate’s foul-mouthed Nana character.
Nana’s slippers come in shoe or boot form and in a range of colours and patterns. The boots cost £610 and slippers are £525.

Gucci says of the odd-looking unisex footwear: “The women’s ankle boot is reinterpreted in textured fabrics, merino wool lining and a fabric covered midsole—elements that mimic slippers. One of Gucci’s signature design details, the Horsebit is shown on the top of the toe.
“This wool is enhanced with the GG logo—first used in the 1970s it’s an evolution of the original Gucci rhombi design from the 1930s.”
And another pricey item is a pair of bright yellow work-style boots with a monster chunky sole for £700.
Would-be buyers are told: “The lug-soled ankle boot in shiny yellow leather is lined with faux fur, completed with a front zipper closure. Blue leather trims outline the shape with a Gucci logo print across the back.”
