Talking to her camera, the mum-of-two opened up about how she was feeling to her 2.7m followers.
“I’m having a little reflect on how much on how you get up in the morning and your mood and stuff can just change,” she said.
“I feel like I’m in a good mood today, I wasn’t really, I haven’t really been.
“I just think staying motivated and stuff is super important and it’s so easy to get out of that funk and you just think what’s the point?
“But yeah just carry on, have a little dance, it really cheers you up honestly.”
Last month the former EastEnders star moved out of her £1million family home that she shares with husband Dan, 28, and their two kids – Ella, five, and one-year-old Mia.

The star was mid way through showing off her latest pieces with the fashion brand and decided to share how she was feeling[/caption]

She wrote: “I need some time. There is no split. No divorce. We are working together not against each other. Change your headlines please. Thanks.”

The Sun On Sunday went on to reveal that Jacqueline moved in with her parents to take time to “reassess” their relationship.

It comes after tensions had become “unworkable” for the couple, previously plagued with cheating allegations, due to coronavirus imposed social distancing regulations and the confinement of their house.

Jacquline took to Instagram to announce that the pair had split on 23rd May 2020

A source told the paper: “They plan to reassess everything once the coronavirus madness is over.

“There was no third party involved.

“Jacqueline simply needed to prioritise her mental health. By splitting short-term, she hopes to save their relationship long-term.”

However, a few days later it was reported that Jacquline had moved back home “part-time” with the former Towie star after spending time apart.

Telling fans she was back in the marital home, she explained the house is a tip after she moved out last week amid her marriage troubles.

“Not that it’s got anything to do with you, but was going to let you guys know I am back at home,” said Jacqueline.

“I’m going to be going to and from my parents’ new house. I’m going to be helping my mum and I’ve got some stuff going on.”

The pair first started dating in 2013 and tied the knot in June 2017.

Dan has caused a lot of heart ache for the I’m A Celebrity winner after model Chloe Ayling claimed she had a wild threesome with Dan behind Jacqueline’s back in 2019 and Blazin Squad star Marcel Somerville accused his former girlfriend Gabby Allen of cheating on him with Dan while they were still together.
