KATIE Price has savaged claims she’s in talks to do Dancing on Ice for a cut price fee.
The 42-year-old has appeared on numerous reality shows during her career including Celebrity Big Brother and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
The Mirror claimed the former glamour model is considering donning some skates to sign up to the next series of Dancing on Ice, but for a significantly lower fee than she was demanding two years ago.
A source told the publication: “She asked for £130,000 before, and DOI and ITV don’t think she warrants that sort of money any more.”
The alleged insider added: “Kate has made it known she will consider a fee from ITV and it’s likely they’re going to offer her £50-70k for next year’s show.
“They’re organising a conference call with her among other stars next month.
“Kate needs the money more than ever right now so it’s looking very likely she will take the amount spoken about.
“She’s been in talks to appear before, but it’s fallen through each time so she’s determined to get on it next series.”
However, Katie’s rep has insisted there is no truth the reports.
She told The Sun Online: “With no talks or offers currently in place I am a tad baffled how the Mirror’s ‘source’ claims have come about?”

Insiders added that Katie is baffled by the reports but wouldn’t say no to appearing on the show in the future.
Speaking about her past conversation with Dancing on Ice bosses, Katie previously revealed: “They have asked me and I did go along, so they have seen me on the skates.
“There is a price for Pricey so we will just have to see if they have got the money, won’t we?
“I would like to do it. It would be fun to try. It is dangerous, but horse riding is dangerous.”
